Mike Ogg is Bonsucro’s Head of Africa and the Middle East. Based in Eswatini for the last 23 years, Mike is responsible for member support and management, and promoting Bonsucro’s value proposition across the region. He is also part of the team developing the Smallholder Roadmap.

He has over 30 years of professional experience in the development of farmers’ organisations as part of large agricultural infrastructure projects across Africa. Mike holds a BSc Agric (Horticulture) and an MBA, and is also involved with a number of wildlife and conservation initiatives in Eswatini.
