Bonsucro Global Week 2022 will take place at the 5-star Royal Tulip JP Hotel resort in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Ribeirao Preto, Brazil, 15km from the city centre and 7km from the Doutor Leite Lopes airport. Complimentary transfers both to and from the airport are offered by the hotel for those who reserve a room. Free car parking is also available for hotel guests.
For international delegates, you can either fly from your origin country to the city of Ribeirão Preto (Airport Doutor Leite Lopes) OR you can land in the city of São Paulo (Guarulhos – GRU Airport).
For those arriving through Ribeirão Preto Airport (RAO), the hotel offers complimentary transfers both to and from the airport for those who chose to reserve a room. Please make sure to request that at the hotel’s front desk prior to your arrival and departure.
For those arriving through São Paulo Airport (GRU), Bonsucro will provide a free shuttle to take delegates to the city of Ribeirão Preto, which is a 4-hour road journey. If you need this transport, please indicate this when you register for the event.
Attendees will be responsible for checking their own country’s COVID-19 entry requirements to and from Brazil. At the time of writing (August 2022), all visitors to Brazil are required to have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination. Please follow your government’s guidance, and keep up to date with the Brazilian government’s requirements for entry. This should include checking which vaccination types are accepted.
Please also check the wider health and vaccination requirements for entering Brazil. Yellow fever is present in some parts of Brazil and although you do not need a certificate of vaccination to enter the country, you may need a certificate for onward travel, flight connections, or to return home.
For some countries, a work or tourist visa will be required to attend the conference. We advise attendees to check their own country’s travel and immigration agreement with Brazil at their country’s Brazilian consulate. We recommend that attendees apply for a visa well in advance of the conference to ensure enough time to complete the application and submit all necessary documentation.
Where required, Bonsucro is able to provide an invitation letter to support a visa application. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org to request an official letter. Please note, Bonsucro can only provide a letter after the full purchase of a ticket.
Please note, the times, speakers and sessions listed on the event agenda are subject to change from reasons beyond our control.
A field trip will be offered to attendees on the final day of the conference. Delegates can state their preference from our two field trip options. Please note, preferences cannot be guaranteed:
