Raja Srivastava is the Vice President of DCM Shriram Ltd, heading the Corporate Cane Team and the Commercial and Administration Department of Hariawan Sugar Mill. He has three decades of experience in the sugar sector including leading the Cane division, setting up green field projects and management of operations of sugar complexes during role in organisations such as Balrampur, Dhampur & Mawana. Collaborating with multi-lateral organisations, he has championed breakthrough techniques in the improvement of agricultural productivity and good agricultural practices.  

Raja has travelled to various countries, exposing him to the best global practices in the industry.
