Nathália Monéa is the Senior Program Manager for Landscapes Brazil at IDH. She has been working in sustainability, including working on multistakeholder initiatives in the agribusiness sector, for more than 17 years. 

Previously, Nathália was the Specialist Consultant of ABICAB, where she developed responsible chains discussions for chocolate, cocoa and others. Nathália also worked in the coffee sector, as Country Manager for the Global Coffee Platform and the 4C Association. Before that, she spent four years working in the financial sector as the CSR senior Analyst at Rabobank. In the beginning of her career, she worked in consultancy, preparing properties for sustainable certifications.  

Nathália is Brazilian and has a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a post graduate degree in Environmental Management.
