Joshua is Head of Impact and Sustainability at Unity Trust Bank, and has worked in impact investing and economic development for over ten years.

Joshua started his career supporting agri-development in east Africa, and specialises in supporting organisations to manage their social and environmental impact and achieve their commercial aims. This has included working with multiple social enterprises, agri-businesses and processors to access high value markets and supply chains through quality capacity building programmes. At Unity, Joshua supports the bank to develop it’s sustainability agenda and support customers to deliver positive social impact across the UK
