Alexandra Blandón is the Sustainability and Cultural Transformation Manager at San Antonio Sugar Mill, the oldest and largest Nicaraguan agro-energetic complex. She has over 10 years of experience in project management, industrial transformation, quality, and sustainability. Throughout her professional life, she has taken on roles of deputy quality manager, project leader, quality and lean six sigma engineer. 

Alexandra Blandón is a chemical engineer with a master’s degree in Operations and an MBA from INCAE Business School. She has also studied Design Thinking, Lean Manufacturing, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
